My thermometer is not reading correctly

Most hand held digital thermometers are not waterproof, ONLY the metal probe can be used for liquids, NOT the handle and Not the cable.
YOUR thermometer is NOT guaranteed if water gets into the handle
PLEASE use waterproof thermometers if you need to get the handle wet.
To clean a metal probe just use cleaning wipes.

I brought 2 thermometers from you and they are 4ºC out Why?

You can buy thermometers and sometimes they wont read the same
say your thermometers has a Accuracy: ± 2 ºC
if the true temperature is 0 ºC then you can have 1 thermometer reading +2ºC and the other
reading -2ºC whcih = your 4ºC vearence

Why dont you respond to All emails?

In fact we do, we reply to ALL the emails we get
Email is not a perfect media, and that sometimes just like Letters they do get lost
You may have a record of sending the email, but this does not mean we have got the email
keep a eye on them bouncing and ending up in your spam filters
