Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are charged at the ordering stage. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or BUT NOT over the Internet in a email.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Mail Order takes on average between 2 - 5 working days, which is delivered by Royal Mail 1ST CLASS. COST £2.50 Per Order FOR UK and £3.53 FOR EUROPEAN ORDER NEXT DAY COST £6.50 Next day delivery is extra but we can not be held liable for the carriers delaying the parcel, so allow 1-2 working days but 95% of the time it will be next day, (WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED).
We must have the order by 2pm to have a chance of getting the order out the same day ( AS LONG AS GOODS ARE IN STOCK) Next day not available for European Orders ORDERS OVER £65 POST FREE (Excluding European Orders) For those orders over £65 we will send Post Free. Once the parcels have left our premises the responsibility for delivery is with the Royal Mail or our Carrier.
We are not responsible for late delivery's that may of happened once the parcel has left us as we will try and get the parcel out to you as fast as we can. Please contact us if any problems, problems do happen but we are always here to help.

Orders are dispatched by post / carrier to the name and address you have given to us. If we have received incorrect or inadequate information for the delivery of the goods we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery as a result of this.

Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
SORRY we are unable to accept Visa Electron Cards (4917) or cards that start with 4508 or 4844 as are wipe only cards, as we process transactions on a PQD machine we can not take these cards. |
Guarantee If a item is broken, please inform us within 10 working days of having the item and we will arrange a replacement within 3 working days. (subject to stock holding).
All products have a 1 Year warranty against defects in either components or workmanship during the year.
Products that are defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge, once we have recived the unit for inspection.
As we do not cover abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental damage, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification of our products.

Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days if delivery is to the UK.
If an item needs replacing please phone 01252 544263 or e-mail, so we can make arrangements.
If the goods are faulty the goods will be replaced free of charge or for a full refund if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we can not refund the carriage if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
Complaints are handled on a one to one bases by phone or e-mail, even by post if a reply is not urgent and we will try and come to a satisfactory conclusion within 3 days of the complaint, all complaints will remain confidential and fair.
If you no longer require the goods that you have ordered you can return them within 7 working days, that begin on the day after you have received the goods. We can not refund the cost of the postage. If the parcel was sent FREE postage then we shall take £6.50 of the refund (including VAT) from the refund, to cover our postage costs.
This is your right to a cooling off period. We will refund Your Money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Please when sending the goods back get a Proof of posting or even insure the goods in case it gets lost.
When returning unwanted items.
These must be NOT be used, must come with the invoice and in retail packaging otherwise we are unable to refund the item.
If the goods get lost we can not refund the money but you should be able to make a claim through the shipper i.e. Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
We can not refund items that are in a unsaleable condition i.e have been used unless they are faulty
