The Comark Food Pro Infrared Thermometer uses infrared to measure temperature. This contactless infrared thermometer allows the operator to monitor the temperature of food in the most hygienic way possible. To use the Comark Food Pro Infrared Thermometer, simply point the infrared at the object you wish to measure. The infrared light indicates the targeted measure area, to focus the measuring area onto a more concentrated area moved towards the object and to broaden it move away.
Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) temperature danger zones indicated with clear safe/unsafe LED warnings:
- Green - temperatures are within safety guidelines and outside danger zone
- Red - warning - temperatures are inside the HACCP danger zone and potentially unsafe - HACCP danger zone set at 4°C to 60°C (40°F to 140°F)
