The Comark KM814FS Infrared Food Thermometer is a contactless thermometer ideal for the food and catering industry due to its compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations. This thermometer uses infrared to measure the temperature of the object, it pinpoints the target area. The compact and easy to use thermometer allows the operator to measure surfaces safely. Infrared thermometers can focus the targeted measuring area by moving closer towards the surface or if you wish to expand the measuring area, simply move away from the targeted surface.
